Starting on Monday, July 11, you can download and borrow digital movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, and more with no waiting and no late fees! Just visit hoopladigital.com and set up an account with your Richwood-North Union Public Library card.
Community Action will be at the Library to offer VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) services to households with an income up to $55,000 per year. They will provide free assistance with both Federal and State tax returns. Appointments are required, so call Community Action at 800-858-4452 or 937-642-4986.
