The library is located downtown on East Ottawa Street at the corner of South Franklin Street. Parking is available along the street on both South Franklin and East Ottawa. Additional parking is also available in the parking lot beside the library, accessible from South Franklin Street, and behind the library, accessible from East Ottawa Street.
